Each project folder has one page that belongs to the assistant: where the work stands, what to read first and what comes next. A new session starts there instead of reading every note.

The assistant updates the page before it finishes and reads it first next time, together with the parent folder's page. You can open and edit it from the folder's menu. It holds no tasks, so it never clutters your board.

At the end of a session the assistant can mark a whole list of tasks done, each with a short note on what was done. A task it cannot match exactly is reported back, never guessed.

On Personal Pro and Team Pro, MCP exposes capacity and daily load. A task date change can be blocked when it lands on a full day, with nearby open dates suggested. You can choose another date or explicitly accept the overload.
Capacity reflects task and event counts, not an estimate of hours. It depends on the dates, calendar data and limits you have set.
